Payment & Cancellation Policies

Guests of The Alberta Petite Hotel agree to the following payment and cancellation policies at booking.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We accept a variety of major credit cards. Our rates are based on double occupancy and include a complimentary self-serve continental breakfast. We are required by law to add 15.3% for state and local lodging taxes and assessments. We do not charge an extra cleaning fee unless you would like a daily tidying up. Some weekends and holidays require a two or three night booking. See booking calendar for minimum stays.


cancellation

We are a small business and cancellations impact us greatly. You are welcome to cancel 15 days before your arrival and receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival may receive a refund if we are able to re-book your room to another guest. The refund will be based on the re-booked rate. The above payment and cancellation policies apply to reservations made directly with The Alberta Petite Hotel. Reservations made through a third-party agency (such as AirBnB) may have different policies.
