Payment & Cancellation Policies

Guests of The Alberta Petite Hotel agree to the following payment and cancellation policies at booking.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We accept a variety of major credit cards. Our rates are based on double occupancy and include a complimentary self-serve continental breakfast. We are required by law to add 15.3% for state and local lodging taxes and assessments. We do not charge an extra cleaning fee unless you would like a daily tidying up. Some weekends and holidays require a two or three night booking. See booking calendar for minimum stays.


cancellation

We are a small business and cancellations impact us greatly. You are welcome to cancel 7 days before your arrival and receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, unless we are able to re-book the room to another guest. In this case, the refund will be based on the re-booked rate.
